Please use the haproxy stats socket to get stats information from HAProxy.

You can also use:

- $ /haproxy.stats

- $ /stats

- $ /haproxyadmin.stats

- $ /haproxyadmin.stats

Please use haproxy logs directory: /var/log/haproxy

You can also get stats and configuration information from haproxy directly.
